Workshop
One of the largest undercover facilities in KwaZulu-Natal, our workshop is fully equipped to handle sandblasting, painting, and lining projects of any scale, all to the highest quality standards.
Our heavy lifting equipment and leveled, concrete-based yard enables us to accommodate and dispatch most oversized or abnormal loads with ease.
Featuring a separate, fully sealed blast room and over 1,000 sqm of dedicated paint shop space, all supported by a state-of-the-art dry air-fed HVAC system, we guarantee a finished product that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Site Work
Our fully equipped site teams are capable of delivering complex sandblasting and painting solutions directly on site.
With extensive experience in the Water, Pulp & Paper, and Oil & Gas industries, Pipe Coatings has been a key contributor to some of South Africa’s largest and most recent projects.
We own all of our equipment, allowing us to mobilize quickly and efficiently for any site project, no matter the size. Whether it’s tank linings, field joint coatings, or structural steel refurbishments, we have the expertise to handle them all.
As approved applicators of the full range of Denso products, we specialize in tape wrapping for both above and below-ground piping, tank bases, and bunded areas.
OUR SERVICES
PPA 571
Plascoat PPA 571 is a thermoplastic coating powder that is applied by fluidised bed dipping. PPA 571 is resistant to stress cracking, adverse weather conditions, detergents, salt spray and typical airborne pollutants. It is Potable water approved and is also approved by EWS.
The coating has an extremely fast turn-around time compared to a traditional coating system. It maintains excellent adhesion to the metal substrate without the need for a separate primer. The material also provides a good degree of electrical insulation, abrasion and impact resistance.
Plascoat PPA 571 outlasts most, if not all traditional coating powders in terms of UV, salt-spray and pollution resistance, flexibility, resistance to sand abrasion and cold temperature properties.
